How much time do I need each week?
Most clients see results with 3–4 sessions a week of 30–60 minutes, plus daily nutrition habits. The plan is built around your schedule — not the other way around.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. We can build your programme around a full gym, a home setup, or bodyweight only. The plan adapts to your equipment.
Can I still eat out and enjoy food?
Absolutely. Sustainability is the point. We build nutrition habits that fit real life — meals out, social events and a glass of wine included.
What if I travel or have a busy job?
Coaching is designed for exactly this. We plan around busy weeks, travel and family life with flexible training and simple nutrition rules.
How long is the programme?
Most clients commit to 12+ weeks because real change takes time — but you’ll feel the difference far sooner. We keep going as long as you want support.
What results can I realistically expect?
